The NJ Department of Insurance no longer requires insurance producers to take Continuing Education ("CE") credits in your specific line of license authority. A producer may take any approved course toward his/her CE requirements. However, if you currently have a four (4) year license you must take a minimum of six (6) credits related to professional ethics and/or fraud. If you currently have a two year license you must take a minimum of three (3) credits related to professional ethics.
